The knowledge gained over 12 years sailing and diving in Indonesia, operating my own charter business (S.M.Y. Ondina), means I am well qualified to guide other boats through this region. Add to this the fact that I am multi-lingual - including Malay-Indonesian - and have visited most of the interesting areas in the eastern part of the archipelago. This combined with my experience in diving and land touring, would suggest I’d be an asset to any foreign-flag yacht visiting Indonesia.

Being a skipper myself means I’m comfortable interacting with the captain and the crew whilst assisting in all facets of planning. This includes advice on anchorage choices, port clearance, fresh produce suppliers, and generally sharing my experience of winds, currents and any local knowledge to ensure optimum efficiency, safety and smooth sailing.
